Sponsorship Opportunities and Exhibition Information
Complete information on sponsorship and exhibition for the ICCBM 14 conference is described here. There is a range of opportunities for sponsorship and vendor showing.
The commercial vendor exhibition will be held as a central feature of ICCBM 14. It will be located around the audience in the lecture hall. This will provide good exposure for the exhibition. In addition, vendors will have the opportunity to listen to the talks. The exhibition will run from September 23– 27, 2012. Exhibition Booths in the conference area will be sold as 10’ X 10’, to include table (if needed), chairs, and electrical connections and are available in the dimensions shown below (see floor plan also). Free WiFi connection will be provided.
The number of full exhibition booths available is limited and they will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
